Q: Is this safe to use when cleaning leather shoes (dress shoes, winter boots, etc.)?

A: I’ve only used this on car seats and it’s worked great. I feel like if you use it on 100% genuine leather carefully, then it should be okay. I would recommend the leather conditioner as well. It’s like applying lotion on our skin. It helps keep it moisturized and healthy.

Q: Does this work on microfiber

A: Sorry, don't understand your question. Use the leather on upholstery made of microfibre? No. Use this cleaner on leather upholstery by applying with a microfiber cloth? Yes. Or apply with a simple cotton cloth. BUT I used a MR cloth and EASY to rub too hard and removed some dye leaving a faint spot. Use gently only and was fine.

A: For best results, use the Horsehair Leather Cleaning Brush with Leather Cleaner. Spray Leather Cleaner directly into brush bristles and scrub dirt and filth from the affected area. Wipe up excess cleaner and loosened filth with a premium microfiber towel. Follow with Chemical Guys Leather Conditioner which deeply hydrates and nourishes leather, with nutrients like Vitamin E that get depleted over time due to pollutants and UV rays and provides a protective layer that shields leather from daily wear and tear, including UV damage, stains, and discoloration.
