It is that time of year again.

I have purchased every year for the past 3. I have a lawn mower, roto-tiller and motorized weed wacker that sit outside all winter. I pour a container into the gas tank before the 1st freeze, like mid October and in the spring, engines turns over and start without much effort.

A: Yes gas line will unfreeze the fuel line. Many variable will impact the speed at which the fuel line unfreezes; water content, distance of line that is frozen, if the vehicle is outside or inside, etc…

Q: Can this be used for generators? The gas in my generator freezes when it gets too cold. I operate at festival where power isn't available. I need something to add to the gas to operate the generator. Will this work?

A: Yes such products are generally suitable for fuel injection, carbureted, and diesel engines. These types of products keep water condensate from forming in the lines and plugging them with ice

Q: which is in this product. Isopropyl? Or methanol? The Older bottles used to tell you what was in them. Now I can't seem to find any label that says which product in the container. Is is Isopropyl or Methanol based?
