Won't move in first gear

Only only use this snow blower two times seems to work really well but it will not move in first gear it works great from second gear on up. I don't know how to fix it and I'm not going to mess with it because it's a new machine and I don't want to get in trouble for trying to fix it myself. Other than that blow snow like crazy goes through deep drifts drives well overall pretty good so far.

bought this in February 2021 first time used it the sheer pin in gear selector broke . the extras pins that come with it are not the same size .the augger bent very easily ,travels very fast ,not recommended for seniors or a person with a mobility issue

auger stopped in the middle of clearing

I was clearing the snow at the end of the driveway when the auger stopped, then started and stopped again. then when it restarted it sheared a pin. took it to the warranty repair shop. I was told it wasn't covered. found out that the augers were bent because they are very weak and that burnt the drive belt out and bent the output shift. Paid to have it fixed. Used it again to clear our next storm, having the same issues again. It's only 12 months old and runs great but doesn't really clear snow. Not impressed.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Save your money and stay away from any Certified Snowblower, went through 3 this year and ended up doing most of the snow by hand.

Q: Are there any issue starting in the cold? Can it be stored in a non-heated shed, which reaches temperatures as low as -30+, and start without any issues or does it need to be stored in a heated garage?
