It distributes the heat from the burners evenly across the cooking grid. Sturdy and durable, the equipment is easy to clean and measures 15 x 4 ¼-in (41.3 x 15.2 cm). Good Quality but low in numbers

I suspected by the price that there would be 4 in the pack but there is only one. Not many BBQs only need one, which to buy 4 takes the price point to almost half the price of a new Q. They are of great quality but only gave it 2 stars as they will get the other stars when I buy the 4 or 5 in a pack and I can fix the whole barbeque.

Q: Will this fit a one burner 4 year old Master Chef? no idea what model..I need a flame tamer..mine has rusted away..any help or ideas is appreciated..thanks

A: Thank you for your question. For your Master Chef model it will depend on what type of burner your model uses. Gather the following information and go to the store: Type of burner ( H Shape, tube Shape, Bar Shape) and measure the burner length and width. Your flame tamer will need to cover your burner/burners as much as possible to avoid flare ups. For almost all options for Master Chef your best bet will be using the universal fit parts. A second option will be contacting the manufacturer to see if they have any older parts still. You can visit www.masterchefbbqs.com Hope this helps

Q: these fit the G0402 as described. but the photo is incorrect (they are very similar in appearance to the 4 burner heat sheilds). and they are 15 x 5.5", not 15 x 9" wide
