CCM mountain bike

Purchased bike several days ago realizing on the first ride on the weekend the front wheel was warped and needed attention. I asked to return the bike since it was days old and the answer was a flat out no! I was shocked when they said it could take a while for it to be repaired. Now I have no bike and have to wait for a call. Found staff bey abrupt, almost rude when I expected better service. Stuck without a bike waiting for it to be repaired. Would not recommend buying a bike from Canadian Tire unless you can go over everything before you buy. Will think twice in the future. This was a very poor experience.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Not Impressed

So far we're not very impressed with the bike. It needs constant adjustments in order to not have the brakes rub against the wheels... the shifting seems to be clunky... and overall the bike feels cheap and heavy.

Alright for price

Bike is fun to ride for someone who's over 6', the one problem was with the front derailleur as the chain was hitting it in certain gears, got it fixed but the problem came back and now the front one is busted at I can't shift into big sprocket and chain still hits the derailleur in most gears.

Yes, I recommend this product.
