Cats love it but not durable...the tightening nut housed inside the plastic end pulled through when tightened. Returned it to the store within 2 weeks of purchase for refund.

It’s is a nice addition to the other posts available in this series. Great to replace a worn out scratcher. Will last as long as your cat(s) use it or not.

Cat scratch post replacement

It was easy to replace the old scratch post with this new one and my cat seems happy with the change (he had shredded the old one). Not terribly expensive and a happy pet!

Good price but not sisal

Price is good, but this is not a sisal scratcher as it says in the description. It must actually be sea grass, which I thought was just the brand name or something. Not sure how it will hold up with the cats, I can’t picture it lasting long

Q: Will this work/fit the Cat Craft Cat Tree Playset that CT also sells? my little one has ripped the existing legs to pieces and i need to replace just those but do these have notches on both sides so that they can screw in?

A: I just bought this scratcher a few months ago and am waiting for end of lockdown to return it. It has completely unravelled and fallen apart. Maybe it will last longer for you.
