Does not fit SBC

Does not fit a small block chevy. Do not trust CT fitment guide. Both online and the n store book are incorrect. Seriously, how hard is it to know what filter to use on a SBC, these engines have been around 60 years.

Incorrrect thread size dont trust cdn tires system

not impressed with Canadian tires system for choosing the right parts. Just emptied the oil out of my truck now, my only way to get back to the store too get the correct filter is to put the old filter back on and refill with oil. Their parts system gave me the completely wrong filter. I drive a 94 silverado 5.7 4x4 and it wasnt until I went to put the filter on did I find out its got a female thread 1/8inch to large so who really knows what this is supposed to fit??? Im back to using fram or their oe brand that im not thrilled with either as they both have had loose metal shavings straight outta the box. Its more a review of cdn tires system for telling me to buy the wrong part CAS3675. I can even tell from the pictures on the website now after more investigation that the other filters have a small thread where as for some reason this castrol is a good 1/8 inch to large and wont thread on at all....... not thrilled
