Poorly Designed Chairs

Had this set for four months, within the first month, the weld busted on the seat. Sunjoy sent a replacement, meanwhile 3 months later another seat weld busted. The manual states that it can hold up to 250LBS however this set has yet to hold even close to the weight limit. Table is nice, but with the issues with the seat welds it is not worth the price.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Great warranty

Coming back to give them 4 stars for taking care of our rusty table top. We waited 8 months after our warranty expired to get a replacement table as it rusted and they did. NOTE - we have filed a complaint 13 months after purchase but never completed the warranty form. Customer service was very good as many people have had issues. It’s a beautiful table my suggestion is to unscrew the table top and stop that section indoors or shrink wrap it then cover it. Good luck !

Table rusted in less than a year, everything is faded with a year and few months. Very disappointing for the cost of the product. Manufacturer provided a small discount but wish I would have just returned it. Avoid at all costs, not worth the money!!!

DO NOT BUY THIS Just after 1 year the rope on one of our chairs snapped. Reached out and conveniently we were just over the warranty. Only lasted 1 summer on the deck. Just looked outside and another chair rope has snapped. This is not from somebody sitting, they are snapping on their own when nobody is using them. Will not let us buy individual chairs. So now two our of 6 chairs are broken

A: Unfortunately these chairs do not stack. We recommend tucking the chairs into the dining table and covering it with Tripel Dining Set Cover (CT# 088-2197) when storing for the winter.
