Q: How do you adjust the cords?
6 years agoA: To shorten the cable loosen the plastic screw on the metal component and pull cable from the front of the fitting as shown then retighten plastic screw. Move the cable S grip down the cable so that it is flush with inside of ceiling plate. Please see image below.

Q: what are the dimensions on the lights? How long are the cords?
8 years agoA: The lights are 157mm wide and the cords are 600mm, 800mm and 1000mm long.
