Installed it, looks very good.
The light fixture was easy to install just as most fixtures are. The only issue I had was the weight when trying to install it. It is quite heavy and a bit awkward to hold while attaching the wires. It turned out to be a two person job, one to hold the fixture while the other connects the wiring.
Really a nice light, especially with Edison style LED bulbs and dimmer switch.

Wiring instructions useless

Fixture is very nice, though bright even with just 40W equivalent LED bulbs, so will be installing a dimmer. It only gets 3 stars due to the horrible wiring instructions. First of all there were no instructions in the box, but I found the user manual here under the Resources tab. It showed just 2 wires (+ bare ground) while actual fixture had 3 (+ground), labelled L (‘live?’), N (‘neutral?’) and blank. All 3 were the same aluminum wire and nothing matched what the manual said. So had to consult a pro for assistance. This worked - connected L wire to power line’s black, N wire to power’s white, and blank (which had a slight green tinge) to power’s ground. Attached the fixture’s ground wire to green screw on mounting plate.

Looks good, but cords are too long.

I did not install this light fixture, so I can't give it a proper review. The problem is that the hanging cords are so long on the light that it wouldn't be possible to hang it from my kitchen ceiling. This is meant for a 10 foot ceiling height. I returned it. Looks like it would be very nice, but Can Tire needs to find a totally different hanging system, preferably with 2 supports not one, and much shorter cords.

A: This fixture hangs from a mounting plate as shown in the picture. The hanging wires and electrical cord can be easily adjusted to an inch or so below the ceiling or 2 or 3 ft longer depending on the height you want. They have simple push retainers and can be readjusted for any height any time without removing the mounting plate.

A: The glass globes are removable so if you could find other globes with similar dimensions and the same retaining ring diameter I imagine you could easily replace them, but you might be better to contact the manufacturer to see if they can provide alternate globes. Btw, there is no glass in the framework in case that’s what you’re asking.
