Very nice set, good instructions on assembly, not that difficult, tools included. A second person would be helpful for some steps. Only issue was the last chair, the seat frame screw holes did not line up with the seat. Called the company as instructed and had a new seat frame sent out, about 5-6 business days. However the new seat frame was not manufactured properly, the tabs that align with the holes in the seat did not line up, unable to assemble. Another call for a new seat support frame, waited another 5 days or so. Success, this time the new part was perfect, able to assemble the last chair. Kudos to the support staff that did there best to resolve the issues. The chairs are fairly comfortable, but the cushions could be a bit thicker. The fire table is perfect, but bigger than I expected.

Beautiful Set, Terribly Constructed.

Canadian Tire's customer service was great getting me the replacement for the first set (which was missing door hinges and ended up peeling during the first rain - even with a tarp over it). The second set is better (and frankly we can't face putting it together again so we've decided to live with it unless it gets any worse), but it's still missing a lot of attention to detail (the coating on the fire pit is wickedly uneven, streaked and missing in some spots, the top of the fire pit doesn't peel this time, but stains with every rain and requires washing with warm soapy water and the cushions on the chairs feel super cheap for the price point.) The set is beautiful and super comfortable but isn't a high enough quality for the price.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Fire table and chairs

Initial table received was damaged badly. Replacement table had some minor scratches with metal exposed but it came with touch up paint. Overall table and chairs are solid and seem good quality

This set is extremely well built and the cushions are comfortable. Assembly was fairly straightforward. I
was able to convert this to natural gas very easily and its become a great addition to out backyard. Highly recommended.

A: I converted mine. They say you can’t but with some minor modifications and a bond 50,000btu conversion kit it will work. You should have some mechanical inclination and some gas know how in order to attempt. You’ll have to use some parts from the kit and just drill out the orifice to the same size as the natural gas kit orifice is. You won’t find any you tube videos to help you so it’s on you if you’re gonna make it work :) Mine works great on natural gas.
