5 piece with fire table

We bought our set 2 years ago and after using the fire table 2x the tile started to crack in places . We went back to Canadian Tire but because we bought it another city they would not help us. We could not get back to the original purchase city . Now we have about 8 larger cracks in the tile and we have not even used the fire portion of the table very much . Not happy with the quality for the price . Chairs are very comfortable.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Faulty chair swivel

The set is very nice. Two of the chairs on the swivel have lost all the bearings. The cushions are very thin and you can feel the strapping .

Chairs loose bearings

We bought this set a few months ago. We now have 2 chairs that have lost all the bearings on the swivel. There is no way to replace them. The cushions flatten quite quickly and your bottom can feel the metal underneath.

Love this set

We really love this table and chair set. They are very sturdy. An excellent addition to our deck. We love the fire table. It gives off nice heat to take the chill out of the air. I’m only rating a 4 because the cushions are very cheap and after only a few months look worn and are uncomfortable. They will need to be replaced next season.

Disappointed

Opened the box and table top is cracked in 3 places Can exchange but it’s a 2.5 hour drive one way and from the reviews sounds like the next table could be the same. Don’t know why we can’t just exchange just the table top. It’s all out of the boxes now and won’t transport in our truck to exchange it all. Even call customer service in the instruction book. Same answer take it to the store for exchange or refund. Table maybe able to be fixed to use but at this price why should we have to do that More of a hassle to return so will just keep it

A: I spoke to the manufacturer directly and they said that it could not be converted to natural gas and would not be advisable for someone to attempt to do this. Their product listing should be more specific. Most manufacturers explicitly say whether the table can be converted to natural gas and whether the conversion kit is included or not.

A: This is a propane unit with space for the bottle under the table. It could probably be put on natural gas without much work.
