not working

bought this one last year but only use it his year. the smaller tree suddenly didnt work. is there a fuse box in this tree? cant find it to check.

Poor design for wire and plug

Wires broke off right at the plug. Happened to both trees within the first season. Canadian Tire and Canvas don’t carry a replace plug with enough wire to reattach. Trees are useless unless I find something. Canvas was less than helpful and didn’t even recommend where I could find something. Wires are so thin and should be reinforced at the plug so they can’t be bent. Trees were on the porch next to the plug and not even in the direct elements. Very disappointed!! Take note of the wires and plugs if buying other Canvas outdoor decorations.

A: The stands of the willow trees are packed together for transport and within a short time with movement will straighten out.

A: I returned my trees not long after it was purchased, only because they were smaller then I thought they would be… Sorry but I can’t help you with your problem.

Q: Hi I purchased the double whispering willow lite trees, the smaller tree lights will intermittently turn off and then back on. I have checked all the contacts and found no openings and both trees are plugged to the same timer. What to do?

A: You mention that the 2 trees are plugged into a timer. Have you tested the trees on their own plugged into outlets without the timer? If they work properly we would recommend you keep the units separate. The trees are on warranty. If there is an issue with either tree you should exchange it at your local store. We apologize for any inconvenience.
