I just bought this tree used and it has been in storage for 3 years. Had to open the box and set it up with my fingers crossed it would be ok. The wiring was a bit bothersome to connect but once it was lit it was beautiful. The remote even still worked fine. I love the realism and it did not require a lot of fluffing. I hated to box it up again and can't wait to decorate it for Christmas. I would recommend it for sure.

Q: Are there instructions that come along with this tree? We bought one and can’t find anything. Since NOMA does not have their own product website, it would be nice if Canadian Tire had a section on their website dedicated to instructions for products.

Q: are the lights just towards the edge of the branches or do they go into the trunk of the tree? Don't want to see a bunch of wiring right at the tips of the branches.

Q: Do all the lights go out if a bulb burns out? My friend bought a pre-lit tree from CT two years ago, and can't use it because half the lights are out

A: The string will stay on if one bulb burns out but don’t remove the bulb until you replace it. Once you remove the bulb, that string will become unlit.
