Great pergola

Great product bought on sale. Looks awesome and despite reviews saying it’s difficult to put together it was not. My 16 year old son and myself put together in 8 hours including building a base to site on a flat roof. It came missing one roof panel we contacted the supplier and received a replacement on 2 weeks excellent customer service.

Nice Gazebo. Installing the Roof Peak Challenging

Nice looking gazebo. It it is tricky to install the peak portion of the roof as we couldn't install one final screw at the middle of the peak to further secure the roof cap. That doesn't seem to have made a difference to the overall quality of the build. My son and I did most of the work but we needed my wife and a couple neighbors to help move the gazebo around when we were placing it on our wooden patio.
Buy this product on sale to ensure you get good value.

Product is very difficult to put in place, They consider you have a drone to put the very high parts as you can't put them except when you finish the top. User Manual explanation is not the best and the top is that custumer service is horrible, no phone reply and spare parts are out of stock!!!

Perfect style for my country home

I bought this in April but took till June before I was ready to put it up. Impatient for help I started to assemble it by myself but because it says 3 or more people required I was a little spooked. It actually went up quite easy and a lot faster than i thought it would take.. I only had to wait for help for the roof panels. Can't wait to hang out in it this summer

Q: Just to clarify, what you call a “privacy screen” is the series of widely spaced crossbars that actually provide no privacy? Or is there some fabric cover that goes those bars that truly provide a some privacy?
