I bought this tree last year and loved it. I tried to set it up this year and the top half of the tree will not light up. There is no way to fix the lights. I tried to add replacement lights but they do match the original and canvas does not offer replacement lights. Extremely disappointed.

Not worth the cost, poor quality, "3 dressed up has a 9"

There are 800 lights but there are bare spots and clumps in others, no way to adjust this, some tips simply have no lights and others to many, very random. the tips are hard to "fluff" because the light wires are tight, leaving "holes" in the limbs. This is a Cheep tree with a Expensive price. not a wise purchase, i would suggest looking elsewhere.

A: All is well the lights are back on. I think I clicked the switch too many times I left it alone and voila the lights are back on. Tree is beautiful

A: The lights should not be blinking. Please return them to your local store, along with a copy of the purchase receipt, for an exchange.

Q: What happens if one light doesn’t work - do all lights not work or do they stay on except for the one? And how long should the lights last as I assume they cant be replaced?

A: If one light burn out, the rest stays on. The bulbs cannot be replaced but the LED lights should last for 20K hours.

A: TROUBLESHOOTING: 1. If entire tree or a section of the tree does not light: a) Make sure the adaptor plug is securely inserted into a working electrical outlet. b) Make sure the end connector of foot pedal switch is well connected to the bottom section (C). 2. If you are still experiencing problems with the tree please call 1-866-827-4985 for customer service.
