Q: CANVAS Leather Stool, Black Counter Height #068-0596-2 In the directions for the last step it says only tighten the screws to 90%. Why not tighten them 100%?

A: Thanks ..... The manual I downloaded online from CTC site for this chair does not show that #7 Step. It stops at Step 6 showing tighten to 90% then jumps to page 7. Thank you. Logically it makes sense that you would tighten them but the assembly manual did not make any sense to me stopping at 90%.

A: J'avais la même question sachant fort bien que la réponse précédente était fausse, c'est le haut du dossier qui est 41 pouces. J'ai acheté quatre chaises et maintenant je dois les retourner car cette information était manquante. La hauteur de l'assise est 25 pouces soit trois pouces trop bas pour mon îlot.

Q: We’ve had these for about 5 years, & overall, they have held up well — but now the leather at the front (like behind our knees) is cracking. Rather than replace the whole chair, I’d like to get seat covers. Does anyone know of seat covers to fit these?
