Nice table, terrible chairs

I bought this patio set a couple months ago, I loved the first table but the chairs are honestly terrible! I am disappointed in this product as many of the chairs have falling apart. I do not recommend this product. The legs will start to bend and won’t hold any weight!!

Q: We put the set together, love the look, but many of the welds or joins are showing signs of rust even at unpacking. Anyone have luck getting touch up paint from manufacturer? I've read customer service is not great, but am really hoping......

A: I had the same problem, though it should have been painted properly to begin with! I gave all the spots a quick sand, then used some flat black Rustoleom paint. Also, the rubbers at the bottom of the backs on the chairs will hold water somehow, so I drilled a small hole to let the water out. If it wasn’t such a pain to take apart, I would have returned it!!!

Q: How is this a “new” product? You had it last year too. I am interested but there were some concerns last year so is the “new” part all of the fixes that were done to remedy issues like premature rusting?

Any material made with iron that is exposed to both oxygen and water will rust. Q: Just bought this table yesterday, went together very easy with help from 15 year old son. One issue, when i light the fire pit, the flame goes out when i let the knob out. Why is this happening and how can i fix it? Thanks

A: I found it better to turn the gas knob up higher when igniting it. Seems to stay lit sooner rather then holding it for 30 seconds and burning through AA batteries.

Q: It did not come with a battery and manual says nothing about what kind of battery to get. The battery box just says 1.5V but we're having a hard time finding which 1.5V battery it'll fit. Any idea what kind of battery we need?
