Not durable

This seemed like a good choice in the store, but by the time I got it home (just 10km), the paint was marred and the wicker had begun to unravel. If it’s that frail, I don’t expect it to last very long. Sure I can patch it up, but I shouldn’t need to on a brand new item.

Rusted in two seasons

I purchased 8 chairs and they have various levels of rust on the metal frame. They have been stored and covered during winter, meaning these chairs are not for long term usage or outdoor using.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Léger et facile d’entretien

Très belle chaise et facile d’entretien. Mais j’ai eu des problèmes avec le Ramassage en ligne à CHAMBLY. Les chaises n’étaient pas prête alors que mon dossier en ligne inscrivait que le ramassage était prêt à partir de 13:30.. il a fallu y retourner 2 fois. Et j’ai passer 45 min. Au téléphone pour régler ce problème de gestion.. Meilleur service au magasin Canadian Tire dIX30 à Brossard .

Arrived Warped/Damaged

I bought two of these chairs two years ago and LOVED them! So when I was planning a party this summer, I thought I'd buy two more. I don't drive. I didn't have access to a vehicle. So I'd order online, right?
What could go wrong?
This... this is what went wrong. The two chairs are BOTH warped, with one leg bent on each, the same front left side leg bent. I don't know what happened to these in storage, but the leg is so bowed I'm not sure it's even safe for someone to sit on. Only three legs sit on the ground at a time.
I'm stuck with them, after paying pull price because again... no car, no access to a vehicle.
But I would suggest that these two warped chairs were palmed on off me BECAUSE I couldn't see them beforehand, because there's a reason these two were not bought in the store; they are DAMAGED. So this review is to warn potential buyers; make sure you get what you are paying for, because I paid full price for these! (I have photos and will try to provide a picture of the damage.)

A: We keep our under a Pergola so always protected from the sun. I would assume anything made with an exposed metal frame would get hot!
