Durable umbrella base that’s easy to assemble

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I put this together by myself! The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The components feel sturdy with metal poles and the plastic base. Adding sand or limestone will create extra stability in high winds. It looks great on my patio and I feel it will last. It also comes with a 2-year warranty! Canadian product!

Good addition to my patio set up

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The umbrella base is a good addition to my patio near pond set up. We have a gazebo for gathering, but for reading and meditation I always wanted to have a small umbrella. This base helped me to realise my dream. It’s easy to set up and it can hold any umbrella size. It’s good to have a small one in our windy area. Instruction said to pit sand inside, I have used some rocks, I think it’s easy to remove if I want to move the base. Very happy with the product and how versatile is it.

Nice umbrella holder that will last.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) It’s made of recycled products, which is nice. Very easy assembly, it comes with instructions but you honestly don’t need them. It’s got a nice look to it, would blend into a composite deck seamlessly. I will say that fresh out of the box the plastic does need to air out a bit to get rid of the strong plastic smell, but went away quickly outdoors. Not pictured with my umbrella (because it’s ratty) but does the job. Like all umbrella holders, works best with table.

Buy this one, it’s worth it.

Don’t bother with cheaper bases! We bought a cheaper one and had to return it. One small gust of wind and it would blow over; also didn’t seem very stable. We bought this instead and it has held steady in the wind. The way it is designed is very sturdy. You don’t need a full 65 pounds of sand. We probably used 30-40 pounds and it has worked fine. I also like how the base isn’t oversized like some other options.

A: The opening of the umbrella stand will accept a 1.5 inch diameter pole. The safety screw can be adjusted once the pole is inserted into place, to ensure it is a tight fit. Thank you.
