Q: I am not sure how to tilt this umbrella- when turning the crank clockwise, nothing seems to happen and it feels like it’s going to break, because I’m cranking it so tight

If you can give us a call at 1-888-670-6684 and ask to speak with someone in our Technical Department, they can walk you through this and if there is any defects with the umbrella the can assist with that also. They are available Monday thru Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST. They will be happy to assist you.
