Q: Can this chair be used without installing the wheels or will it damage the floor?
5 years agoA: Yes. Without the wheels, there would be floor damage for sure. I would attach a picture but I can't. The place where the feet attached is chromed metal with holes and sharp edges. Not that the sharp bits could cut you but under the weight, it would damage any type of floor.

Q: I was able to assemble the chair but as soon as I set it on the base, the wheels came out from under the base. the wheels do not screw on, they just sit precariously in the setting. any advice on how to keep the wheels on this chair?
3 years agoA: You have to press down quite firmly on the wheels and then they just pop into place (they do NOT screw in). It's a bit tricky as the base moves around. I stood up and placed my foot on the centre so it didn't move around as much. That helped pushing the wheels in easier. Be very careful when pushing firmly on the wheels as your hand could get caught in between the parts.

Q: Are the arms on this chair removable? the height to the bottom of my keyboard is less than 27.5 inches
3 years agoA: You can choose not to put them on, but that will leave the bolt holes visible on the seat and back. It would also Mack the back of the chair very unstable as it is only connected to the base by a 4” wide bracket.

Q: What is the height from the floor to the top of the arms at the chair's lowest height setting? I need to know if the arms will fit under my desk in order to tuck it away when not in use.

4 years agoA: The chair is awesome! The depth of the seating area is 20 inches or about 50cm.

4 years agoA: It’s 17 inches from the ground to the top of the seat at the lowest setting. I love this chair.
