People pleaser!

Bought for an outdoor party in May in Ontario. Used for several hours at night. Best idea! Then repeated it's nighttime use in November later that year. No problems at all. I stored it in my garage when not in use to keep it rust-free. Lightweight but required two people to move because of it's large dimension.

Rusted badly within the year

I do not recommend this product. It rusted so badly within the first year of owning it that the paint was peeling off. No primer on the raw steel. Just a wood grain type paint. Always covered with supplied cover when not in use. Ultimately had to remove all the paint and take off the rust and add primer and new paint.

Great fire pit

Have used this multiple times and it works great. Great flame. Nice that it has a cover so we can use it as a table during the day. The only thing I would have to say - the cover doesn’t fit tight on all corners. Just a manufacturer thing. Would buy again.

Q: We can’t get the metal cover off of the table now that it is installed. There is a little square in the middle that would seem to be a handle but We cannot open it.

A: We use ours on a brick patio but I don’t see any reason you couldn’t use it on a wooden patio. It doesn’t have any embers or anything that leave the actual fire since it’s propane.

A: We use fire glass with this table and it works beautifully. We put a thin layer of lava rock down first, then a layer of glass to cover the rocks. It worked perfectly

Q: Can this be hooked up to a direct propane outlet instead of the external tank?

A: Mine has the adaptor to fit only a propane bottle thread on the end of the hose. You might be able to modify it to work to a direct connection but it would likely take a little work to do that.

A: Thanks for sending the customer service phone number! They have confirmed that it doesn't come with a conversion kit, but you can buy the conversion kit to hook it up to natural gas. The video mentions that it can run natural gas or propane.

A: I contacted the manufacturer and they said that it cannot be converted because of how the inner workings are configured. Had to return my table.
