Q: Will this table be suitable for a cantilever umbrella?
3 years agoA: Yes. I use one but I did reinforce the umbrella base with a bag of sand because the table isn’t strong enough to hold the umbrella in a gust. Breezes yes.

Q: Umbrella base recommended by CTC does not fit underneath the table. My old stand doesn't either. Clearance less than 2". I am hesitate to use the umbrella without a stand, and simply sitting inside the table. Do you have any alternative suggestions?

2 years agoA: This table is made for the outdoors. Wicker is easy to wipe off once wet. But, we do advise to use a protective cover during longer periods of non-usage.

Q: Does the hole for the umbrella go right through to the ground so my own umbrella base can be used as well for extra support? Or is it a solid bottom?

Q: How heavy is this. Will it tip over with the umbrella in a light breeze?
6 years agoA: This table weighs roughly 26 lbs. It will be able to support an umbrella even during a breeze as there is an umbrella support included within the table. However, during windy conditions we recommend that you close your umbrella.
