Very good but not perfect.

Works really well so far and looks nice. Base is more stable than I was expecting. I was dissapointed the heads only tilted one way, so I had to undo the nut inside one of the heads, rotate 180 deg and reinstal nut. Now I can orient the head the way I want for my applications.
