1/5 work 2 years later - poor build quality

1/5 of them work after purchasing them two years ago. That's two months of use through two Decembers for $250.
Beautiful when they're new, but read repeated reviews noting wiring is not housed in rubber making them flawed and fragile for outdoor use even in moderate Vancouver winters.
If you want lights that temperamentally light up, don't illuminate at all or sections that are burnt out, these are the lights for you. Bonus point if you like rust on metal frames.
Disappointing that Canadian Tire's own in-house Canvas brand doesn't hold up in Canada :(

A: The hanging globe light is on when plugged in and off when plug is removed. There is no separate switch on the light.
