What is this, a bucket for ants?!

It looks great, especially in photos, but it doesn't hold enough water for a car wash. I got about the top half of the car done and then realised... I probably need a smaller sponge. It's just too difficult to put my (what I think is a) standard size car wash sponge in this just a tad smaller bucket. I tried pouring the soap and water into the sponge but the sponge is just too porous and I end up with cleanly washed shoes instead. I went to the Canadian Tire website to look for smaller sponges to fit and someone recommended kitchen sink sponges. But when I got to the store, those sponges are way bigger in person. It's like nothing is properly size represented these days. Then as I was walking out of the store with kitchen sponges, some people said my car had a nice gradient paint job with the top brighter and the bottom a dark shade. 5 STAR PRODUCT GUYS!
