For those wondering how to convert this to 240V essentially moving from 1.5kW to 5KW and use your tub to full potential just google: "youtube how to convert CNBP100 from 120V to 240V". The CNBP100 is the power pack that comes with this hot tub.

Bought in March 2023 and immediately converted to 240V which was super easy to complete (Canadian Spa Co has a 10 minute step by step tutorial on YouTube). Tub is great, 4 adults in it would certainly be intimate, however great for 2-3 people. The pump is surprisingly quiet and quite powerful. The only minus, if it even is a minus, is that the water does need to be topped off once in a while as given its smaller size displacement is noticeable. No regrets, decent price for what you are getting and the features that it has.

Missing parts

Bought 2 weeks ago and just opened the crate today, it doesn't have the cover or filter and the manual that was in it is for a Saskatoon and I bought a Manitoba. Now I have to wait and see if they will get my missing pieces before I can use it 😔

A: Hi Andy, Thank you for your interest in our spas. There is not a minimum temperature, our Portable and Plug & Play spas will run in temperatures well beyond -20 degrees Celsius. There are a number of factors that will impact your experience when using your spa in the dead of winter such as wind chill, placement of your spa, whether it is enclosed etc. While we have had many customer use their spas throughout the winter without issue, we advise that your plug and play spa's temperature may start to drop when using your pumps at high speed in temperatures that are -20 degrees C or colder as your heater will not run at the same time as your pumps when the spa is powered by 120 V. If you live in a particularly cold climate and would like to use your spa through the winter, we recommend hardwiring your spa as 240 V.
