Perfect starter rifle

Bought this four our 10 year old nephew, his first rifle. Only puts out 350 feet per second with a .177 pellet, which helps keep it relatively safe for an inexperienced shooter.
Everything on the rifle felt solid and the attached scope gains the new shooter scope experience for very little outlay.
We shot aluminum cans when he unwrapped the rifle for Christmas, had a great time, the pellets were only powerful enough to dent the aluminum cans. Definitely not enough power for hunting, but great for learning.

This was not a good purchase. The pellets kept getting stuck then he'd have to do the handle over and over until it popped out....every single time. By the time that's done the animal was gone. Not a good buy! We returned ours.

A: No, steel bbs or pellets. You can dump a bunch of bbs in at once or single load each pellet.
