A must have tool for cake decorating

A must have tool for cake decorating is a flat spatula to smooth out the icing on a cake before you decorate. This does the job nicely and no complaints.

The Cake Boss is the Boss!

I've always been a good baker, but cake decorating was a completely different matter. I'd make a total mess of the whole cake. Then I saw the Cake Boss (a show that I like to watch) bake ware collection on the Canadian Tire website. I've purchased several items from the line. I really love this spatula for icing. It's really helped in making me a better cake decorator. I also love that it comes with a lifetime exchange warranty!

I didn't really think it would make that much difference vs using a knife or the like but it does make it way easier to spread frosting, especially if I'm just frosting a cake in a pan
