Questions
Q: How does it heat the water?
2 years agoA: It doesn't heat the water itself, it connects to both the hot and cold water sources in your bathroom, so the hot water comes from under the sink. For us, we had to drill a small hole into the side of the sink/vanity cabinet to pass the tubing through. 100% worth it though.

3 years agoA: Great product, that is all I can say. I have now two in my house. Love this product, easier to use than the bidets that you have to use in Europe.
