Ne résiste pas au lavage, très ¨cheap¨

Je les ai passées au lave vaisselle et lorsqu'elles sont ressorties, elles étaient complètement décolorés et patielllement noires. J'en ai eu plusieurs fan de poêle et jamais connu ce problème. Très cheap comme qualité. Le pire c'est que je viens de l'acheter donc je vais être prise avec pendant un bon bout de temps. À déconseiller.

Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre votre expérience avec les filtres HPFAMM30. Les filtres peuvent être lavés au lave-vaisselle; cependant, la qualité de l'eau et les détergents peuvent les endommager. Vous pouvez choisir de les laver dans l'évier avec de l'eau chaude et du liquide vaisselle Dawn. C'est un bon dégraissant qui n'endommagera pas l'aluminium. Parfois, les détergents pour lave-vaisselle se mélangent aux minéraux présents dans l'eau et peuvent décolorer les filtres. Cela n'affecte pas l'efficacité du filtre, mais son aspect. Si vous les lavez au lave-vaisselle, veillez à utiliser un détergent sans phosphate pour éviter toute décoloration. Cette décoloration ne serait pas couverte par la garantie.

We are sorry to learn of your experience with the HPFAMM30 filters. The filters are dishwasher safe; however, water conditions and detergents can affect the filter. You may choose to wash them in the sink with hot water and Dawn dish soap. It is a good degreaser and will not harm the aluminum. Sometimes detergents available for the dishwasher mix with minerals in the water and they can fade and/or discolor the filters. This doesn't affect the effectiveness of the filter, but it does affect how it looks. If you do wash them in the dishwasher, make sure you use a non-phosphate detergent to prevent discoloration. This discoloration would not be covered under the warranty.
