The ones sold now do not look like the website image. I contacted Broan-Nutone, and was informed they're now supplied by a new manufacturer. The problem is they're made of very thin material-I wonder what grease it will catch? I easily can look right through it. Very sad, indeed.

Nice and helpful

It is very lightweight , fits nicely around the neck! ! I like the lights but wish they were a bit easier to coordinate together to give a wider area of light.

My range hood was missing these charcoal filters. The fan is more quiet and I have much less cooking fumes. Very nice.

A: Charcoal filters used for recirculation installation should be discarded every 6 months. For vented outside installation the aluminum (no charcoal filter needed) can be cleaned off regularly and reused.

A: The BPSF30 (52-2823) charcoal filter is used in all 3 Allure Series. The existing Aluminum filters which came originally with the unit must also be used, as the charcoal filter clips onto the inside to complete this type of installation requirement. Customers can purchase the Aluminum filter BPS1FA30 (52-2848) if needed.
