Mauvais achat - Impossible à recharger

Nous avons utilisé cette lampe environ 3 semaines à l'été 2019. Pas d'utilisation en 2020. Nous avons voulu l'utiliser à l'été 2021, impossible de la recharger. Nous l'avons laissé branchée une semaine, toujours rien. Achat complètement inutile.

Used once and it will not recharge

Can’t understand why this lantern will not recharge. The booklet recommends 48 hours of recharging after being uncharged for a long while yet, the lantern has not recharged sufficiently for effective use. Just a flicker of light when lit. Not a great product. Would not recommend. I am really annoyed. Furthermore the product is only guaranteed for 1 year! I should have known better!

best camp lanterns

Bought these lanterns for our girl guide unit 3 years ago. We take them to all our camps. I have borrowed them when I went camping with my family. We have never had a problem with them. I have now purchased some for personal use.

Q: what is the adaptor size ie: 7.5 or 14.5 w for the Broadstone lantern I have the lantern but the adaptors are mixed up and I dont want to damage unit using wrong adaptor

Q: Replacement bulb for Broadstone Rechargeable Lantern In a previous post, the person who answered the question said that these bulbs can not be removed but this is not true. The whole bottom of the lantern pops out and the bulb simply pulls out. Why can't we get replacement bulbs for this product?

Q: Why can't replacement bulbs be purchased? There are instructions on the box for how to replace the LED lightbulb. However, according to a previous Q&A the bulb cannot be replaced. Can the bulbs be purchased from another store?

A: Unlike conventional lanterns with incandescent or fluorescent bulbs which may burn out before the lantern reaches its end of useful life, LEDs have much longer life than the incandescent and fluorescent bulbs. Due to the long life nature of LEDs, LEDs are usually permanently mounted in an LED lantern and hence an LED bulb replacement is not offered.
