Where’s The Washable Sleeve That Used to be Included ???

Needs to have the washable green foam sleeve that surrounds the filter included. I tried to find the sleeve at 3 CT Stores, but none had any. Finally got one from a repair outlet. This is POOR service on the part of either CTC or the manufacturer……or both!

Looks like the original. Parts number match.
BUT it's so badly made that it does not fit or seal in my mower.
Returned for refund and purchased a genuine filter from the local mower repair shop that fitted perfect.

Q: Is this an OEM product? My husband bought a filter with this product number and it is Atlas brand and has no pre filter.

A: Thank you for your question. You may find either the OEM or the equivalent ATLAS universal part at your local store. The foam pre-filter can be washed and reused, it rarely requires replacement. ATLAS filters do not include the foam pre-filter.
