Pump failure
a year ago
Motor starts great and excellent pressure when using.. BUT if left idling for a couple minutes , pump has catastrophic failure due to bad temp/pressure relief valve, now refused warranty by manufacturer.

Maybe 5 uses had water in oil, stores in heated garage over winters, 2 days over warranty wanted me to bring it to a briggs dealer and pay to get it fixed, Left it at the store

I've seen a lot of reviews for this unit complaining about how rigid the hose is. I suppose it is fairly rigid, but there's a hook right on the machine to hang it. No idea what people are whining about. Longevity is yet to be seen. But so far so good

Q: Is the output PSI adjustable, can it be less than 3000 psi?

A: It's adjustable with the tips you use and the distance you hold it away from the wall, also be prepared to not get service when something goes wrong with it under warranty. I used mine for 3 hrs and had a part of the pump Crack and they told me they wouldn't cover it due to a storage issue, very very unsatisfied with the whole process.

A: at least 10 psi, you will tell the difference in the water pressure when blasting it will die out .
