Lasted a week

Used for a week, drive stopped engaging. Store refused a return. Limited warranty only covers manufacturer defects, limited places here do warranty work anyways, so I’m stuck with a bill after a week of use. Check the warranty before you buy non-Canadian Tire brands. They definitely don’t tell you it on their part.

Not worth the issues

auger belt adjustment issues (couldn't tension correctly), and today the large auger pulley broke in half and now I have a bent out of shape tension pulley... nothing but issues... I used it all of maybe 10 times over the last 2 years. Likely not worth the time and parts to fix...
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: is there any ajustment to make the above unit go slower other than 1st gear and thottle..it moves way to fast for heavy snow and wants to crawl on top of it making it take many multible passess to do job.my old one had 6 gears also and 1st was very slow

Q: Does this come assembled? If not, what needs to be done? or what would be the cost to have it assembled for me? (it is cold outside!)

A: No it doesn't come assembled , it took me about an hour to assemble. The handle and all the cables that attach to it require to be installed and the snow chute. You would have to contact your local Canadian tire store to see if they would assemble and what the cost would be.

A: I bought this snow blower last year. The store offered to assemble it for me for a relatively modest price. I don't remember what the fee was only that it was reasonable. There are a number of cables that require precise adjustment which is best handled by someone whos done this before. P.S. I am happy with the machine.

A: There is NO switch......There is wiring on the side of the snowblower so maybe the wiring has disconnected??? Just follow the wire from the headlamp to the connection and see what you can find......There should be another wire where the 2 just plug into each other
