Easy to use

A great little oven that is so efficient. We had an older version about 10 years old but this new one is exceptional. New features like digital display and Convection make this a great unit.

Disappointed !

I have this oven which I use to bake and toast functions mostly. Recently, fan stopped working and all the moisture stays inside causing condensation. To use reheat use, all the heat is trapped inside and so the grease. It’s so difficult to clean the grease. No way to repair . For an appliance this price and quality, very disappointing performance.
No, I do not recommend this product.

We're sorry to hear of your experience. As noted in the manual, the oven requires a minimum of 4" left and right and 6" from the top of the oven. Without that minimum clearance, the oven can begin to malfunction. We will be happy to look into how we might help. Please expect an email shortly.

We are quite pleased with our new Breville Smart Oven Pro. The dials are very simplistic and easy to use compared to our previous digital toaster oven. The oven door is quite sensitive & will spring back if you do no hold it while closing, but other than that it works great so far!

Q: If it stops working, what do I have to do to get it fixed? I'm tired of buying appliances only to have them quit a few years later. Repairs cost more than a new one. So how long does CanTire guarantee this oven to work and what do I do to access NO COST service when it quits?
