Second set I have bought. Set one is for salmon candy - this one is to smoke hot peppers (2hrs with pecan). I dehydrate them then and grind them up ( small coffee grinder) and use them to make chili (cold weather food). Do an excellent job.

Exactly what I needed

These racks were exactly what I was looking for to make some jerky. With smaller holes than the original Bradley racks these were perfect for ground jerky strips. The coating on the racks has held up through countless batches of jerky and other meals and is really easy to clean
