Useless without a working console. Do not buy!

We bought this treadmill 11 months ago and have only been able to use it for 2 months due to the JRNY software. The console says it requires an update but it will not update for some reason. Bowflex is no help, they said that it is a JRNY issue. You cannot speak to anyone at JRNY, only emails back and forth. Those emails have not been helpful.
I highly recommend that you do not make the same mistake we did. Stay away from this treadmill and all Bowflex branded products because they do not stand behind their products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered from Bowflex 3 weeks ago and paid for in room delivery to include up to 3 flights of stairs. 3rd party contractor who delivers will not deliver to upstairs or down. I feel like there should have been better logistics on Bowflex side to accommodate. Again going on 4 weeks after paying full price and still no product! Bowflex should be paying me for time loss due to incompetence.

Extremely Disappointed - Still No Resolution After a Month

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered a Bowflex Treadmill 10 on June 27, 2025, and to this day, I have never received the product. Despite multiple phone calls and emails, Bowflex has been consistently unhelpful and slow to respond. I was told I'd get a follow-up call on July 17-that never happened. Every time I reach out, I'm the one chasing updates while getting vague answers or being told to wait. What's worse is that they've acknowledged the issue but haven't initiated a proper refund. I've asked repeatedly to cancel the order, and yet here I am, still trying to get answers while time drags on. I'm now at the point where I'm considering escalating this through formal complaints and legal channels-not because I want to, but because Bowflex has left me with no choice. This has been one of the most frustrating customer experiences I've ever had. I'll gladly update this review if Bowflex finally resolves the issue, but as it stands, I would not recommend ordering directly from them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Support ticket/complaint -still no response from JRNY(~1 week so far!). AVOID BOFLEX TREADMILLS AT ALL COST... JRNY CONSOLE MADE IN CHINA? (+ TREADMILL 10/20) AND, JRNY OWNS THE CONSOLE!!! THE TWO COMPANIES DON'T TALK!? JRNY SPEAKERS ARE CHEAP SOUNDING AS WELL! Sad, Bowflex used to have good equipment. Also sad that the JRNY Control Console is the root cause of their problems... Frame and belt assy. are sturdy but console is the weakest link

A: Hi There, For the BowFlex T10 Treadmill, here are the deck height measurements: Flat Deck Height: Approximately 8.5 inches from the floor to the deck. Maximum Incline: At the highest incline setting, the deck height increases to about 12.5 inches from the floor.
