Beautiful addition to my little back yard.

I bought this in the fall at a fantastic price for my little backyard. It doesn't have the snap,cracked pop of a wood fire, but it also doesn't have the smoke. It gives off great heat once the rocks heat up. It was hard to turn it off and come inside the first time I used it, very relaxing! I can't wait for fall mornings with coffee and evenings with friends, hot chocolate, marshmallows and my Grandkids!

The starter didn’t work. When it finally lite it created a fireball and gave my7 year old son 2nd degree burns on both his legs

A: There is a metal cover that twists on and latches when the fire bowl is bot in use. There isn’t another cover included (like a bbq cover)

A: No, this portable fire pit is not able to convert to Natural Gas Use. It is designed solely for Liquid Propane, in a 20 lb. propane tank. (not included)

Q: This fire pit says in description that it come with glowing pumice stones but in specs it says no lava rock Does this fire pit require lava rock also or just the pumice stones

A: Yes, you can hook this up to any size tank but you may need additional adapters. Note that I do not recommend this product. The gas ring rusts out after about a year and there are no spare parts available. The manufacturers website is fake and their customer service email comes back as undeliverable.
