Q: The cord worked for about 10 uses then stopped got a new one it also didnt work, but there's no trouble shoot video and the call back # doesn't work.

A: Sorry I can't help you out on this request. The cable worked 4 me the few times I had occasion to use it. Un fortunately I lost my phone and had to revert to an older version and the cable no longer fit the connection.. try the cable on another phone with the c type connecter or another TV with an hdmi port. Once again sorry this is the best I can offer.

I discovered after purchasing this device that my iPhone model does not support digital output. I returned it
