Q: Th white light doesn't come on when I try to charge it. What does that mean.
20 days agoA: Hi, please check if the charging cable and the wall charger are connected properly and undamaged, you can replace the charging cable or the wall charger and try again. If the headphones have been out of power for a long time, you can charge it for a while to activate the unit first, and then check if the indicator light is on.
