Poorly made. Base does not securely lock on mount. Difficult to remove phone without dropping it.

Great phone holder, sticks well to arena glass and windshield. Holds device nice and snug both vertically or horizontally.

2 Stars based on a technicality that it "works". I tried the vent holder first. the clips for the vent are weak, a binder clip has more strength to hold than this thing does. It flops around because the extra weight on your vent makes it bounce to the music. After about a week of frustration with the vent clip I tried the dash mount, that was worse. The 3M tape is weak and doesn't stay stuck when under tension. "But reviewer" you ask "why is it under any tension?" Great question. well you see the holder to arm mount clip connection has the grip strength of noodle armed school child trying to catch a pass from Tom Brady. So it consistently disconnects and must be re-attached because you must pull UP to lock it, it's unfortunate that gravity doesn't pull things up to keep it locked in place. It's also too bad you can't reattach the phone mount by feel and must TORQUE the stiff arm part to get a better angle, thus putting the 3M tape under toque and making it necessary to hold down the base while reapplying the phone mount. The mount arm is surprisingly the best part in that it's stiff, but it's still not tight enough to keep your phone from looking like it's dancing at a European Rave. All in all, 2 Stars for appearance and effort.
