Stopped working after a year

Won't recharge

Worked great to charge phones. We were able to charge 3 phones or more from 5%. We bought two of these. One of them would not charge at all. The other one worked for a couple of days and then would not charge either. Not sure if we did something wrong but there were no instructions to fully charge the units first. Out the the box they had a 3 out of 4 charge. Used them down to one then tried to recharge. One never charged. The other charged but we could only do that twice and then it died and would not charge.

Very slow to charge a phone, and takes about 24 hours to charge power bank itself.

Quite disappointing. Of the three charging ports, one is medium speed, and the other two (including the USB-C port) are ultra slow, like 10 hours for a full charge to a phone.
