Bought 1 and the USB-c port wouldn't work so I exchanged for another. It initially worked to charge my phone once or twice, now the USB-c port won't work on this one either. It won't take a charge or charge my phone.

Good buy for the Black Friday price

Little bit larger than others of the same capacity, but great Black Friday price will allow me to forgive the size. It does offer fast charge on both sizes of ports.
Instructions are bare minimum. Can't charge a device and the battery itself at the same time, which is my only real gripe.

A: Yes, it has an on- off switch on the side and comes with a USB-A to USB-C cable. You can insert the USB charging cable's USB-A end into power bank's USB-A output, then plug the other USB-C end of the cable into a device such as a mobile phone. When the product is out of power or the battery is low, charge the product. You can use a standard USB charging cable with USB-C connector to connect this product, and plug the USB-A into a minimum 5 V, 2 A charging device such as a car charger, household appliances, etc., to charge the product.Thank you.
