Works, buts not as advertised

I have used this battery pack since the summer of 2025. At no time does this charger have 10K mAh. It could charge my phone over night completely but also depleted itself. My phone has a 5K mAh battery, so at best I could only get half it's advertised battery capability. It also has a cable whine which is annoying. Recently, it no longer charges past 50%. I don't recommend this charger. Better ones exist for not much more. 2 star rating as it does work, just not well.

This charger is dangerous!

I really liked this charger for the first while. I only use it when travelling and I was just going through my travel bag and found that the batteries have swelled so much that they have burst through the case! This is so dangerous! What if I had not checked and had taken it on a plane??

I bought 3 of them and the batteries all swelled. It was just a matter of time until they exploded. These batteries need to be recalled.

Does not work at all. It won't even charge my Samsung Galaxy A15 5G. It says it'll charge within 6hrs with a fast charge cable. Normally the same cable, in a wall plug, will charge my phone in 90mins

Returned this item as too big and bulky. Did not like the finish as appeared cheaply made.

A: I strongly advise to not purchase this power bank. I used it 3 times and it stopped working, doesn't charge up or do anything. With very minimal use i'd expect a much better quality for the price.
