Bought as a Christmas present for the coffee lovers in our family, made one espresso perfectly and then stopped working, it won’t heat up anymore. Complete garbage. They can’t even get a refund that’s not in the form of gift cards because it was purchased at a different Canadian tire (different town, same province). Very disappointed in this product and Canadian tire (who used to be known for having a great return policy). -5 out of 10 would not recommend unless you like going back to Canadian tire every time you’d like an espresso.

Great when working

I bought 3 machines as a gift, works perfectly once or twice then shows (heating up, not ready) for a very long time then I had to turn it off after 30min, tried everything in the book and Google no luck, exchange it at the store worked for 4 minutes then did the same thing??? I’ll throw it out if I can’t return it, the other two I give as a gift did the same thing 😔
