Q: How many hours can be on the warm mode
6 years agoA: Thank you for your question. For best results when cooking rice, allow the rice to rest on warm for 15 minutes with the lid in place. This will help further steam the rice. Always stir the rice with the serving spoon before serving.

Q: Is it uncooked 14 cups? Or cooked 14 cups?
7 years agoA: Rice cookers are always based on cooked therefore 14 cups cooked would be 7 cups uncooked.
