Great Product

This is the second time we purchased this very model. The one we originally purchased 8 0r 9 years ago is working just fine. We will donate the original to the Salvation Army Thrift Store. It's showing a dark rectangle dark mark and my wife says that may indicate uneven heating. Oh well we can afford a new one and it may still be of service to someone else. The fact that we purchased the very same model indicates satisfied customers. Great product.

Missing Screws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this same skillet for years now. This is my 3rd one. BUT…screws were missing from the box…a bit aggravating.

Better than electric burner and safe

Use everyday inside and outside. Great for boiling just keep slightly off to escape steam. Worth it for sure. I use everyday.

Q: I have a Black & Decker Electric Skillet Model: SK1215BC One side of the unit, the legs have broken off but the attachment points are still there and ok to reuse. I am wondering if there are replacement parts available. The legs in question are on the side furthest from the plug in module.

Q: Is it possible to cook pasticcio in this skillet? I need to buy the skillet to partially substitute the oven. So, I want to know if I can cook a pasticcio or a meat pie using this particular skillet My question is about this product: Black & Decker Skillet Product #43-1120-6

A: Yes this skillet will partially cook the pasticcio/meat meat. It will however only cook the inside and bottom, in order for it brown it will need to be taken out of the skillet and put into the oven.
